Block distracting websites. Stay with the page that matters.

Opening a document is easy. Staying with it when another tab is a click away is harder. ContextFlow combines a scheduled website blocker with a focus lock for the page you want to finish.

Install for Chrome

Choose what to block and when

Create a list of distracting sites in the extension settings. Apply a recurring schedule, an always-on rule, or a daily time limit. This works well when the same websites interrupt your work each day.

Lock into one tab or an entire website

Start a focus session on the page you are reading. Choose a single page for a long article, or a website scope when you need to move between documentation pages. Set a time or supported completion condition for the session.

Choose the amount of friction you need

Gentle mode presents a reminder when you leave the session. Strict mode brings you back to the locked page. A deliberate emergency exit is available; the extension cannot prevent closing the browser or using another device.

Read and ask questions without switching tasks

The focus lock works alongside the reading Navigator and in-page AI panel. Keep the original article open while highlighting the next sentence or asking your connected AI provider to explain a difficult paragraph.

How to get started

  1. Install ContextFlow from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Open extension settings to create a website blocking policy.
  3. Open the article or documentation you want to work on.
  4. Start a focus lock and choose its scope, duration, and mode.
